Benjamin Lowy: Iraq | Perspectives
Please click through the the PDN gallery of these images. This whole project is really interesting with a great story behind how it came about. Thank you Benjamin Lowy.
american craftsman project
I found this Web site on one of my favorite blogs, www.aphotoeditor.com. The American Craftsman Project was shot by Tadd Myers. It is one of the best photo story ideas I have seen in a while. The effort Myers has put into this project is admirable; his images do a great job capturing the work and character of each individuals. I am starting to learn that this trade is not always just about great photography–it is the great idea that makes something special.
zach arias video

We’re All Gonna Die - 100 meters of existence
A couple nights ago I stayed up till about 5 a.m. looking at photographers’ Web sites. I do that every so often and usually the next day I wake up with a bunch of new bookmarked sites. This night in particular my favorite was Simon Hoegsberg’s site and his new project, “We’re all Gonna Die - 100 meters of existence.”
Please take a look at this and many of his other projects, some of which are very impressive.
